Skill:  Handstands

Warm Up:  

100 Wall Runs

90 seconds of Handstand Hold

100 Wall Runs

WOD L1:  10 rounds for time:

  • 1 Reverse Wall Climb
  • 5 Kipping Pull Ups

At the end of the 10 rounds:  30 Overhead Squats (85/55)

10 Burpees for every time you put the bar down

WOD L2:  10 rounds for time of:

  • 2 Handstand Push Ups
  • 2 Deadhang Pull Ups

At the end of the 10 rounds:  30 Overhead Squats (135/85)

10 Burpees for every time you put the bar down
